HLC Beaver Hats
Every hockey brand puts a logo on a hat and calls it merch. We put a beaver on it, and we'd argue that's the more honest choice.
Think about it. You buy sticks. The beaver has been felling timber, shaping it, and building things that outlast him for roughly twenty million years — no carbon fiber, no factory, no subscription. He is, by any reasonable measure, the most accomplished lumber worker on earth. Naming a company "Hockey Lumber Co." and putting anything else on the hat would be a bit of a fraud.
So that's what you get: the original craftsman, sitting where your logo usually goes. It works at the rink, obviously. But the real test of a good hat is whether you'd wear it somewhere with no hockey involved at all — the coffee line, the hardware store, a friend's backyard. This one passes.
Wear the beaver. He's earned the spot more than we have.
