Refund policy

HOCKEY LUMBER CO. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Items must be unused, uncut, and in resellable condition, including original packaging, tags, and protective wrapping.

  • Any item showing signs of use (marks, tape residue, wear, or customization) will not be accepted.

  • Clearance or custom items are final sale and not eligible for return.

PROCESS

  1. Email hello@hockeylumber.com with your order number and reason for return to receive authorization.

  2. Ship your item(s) to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

  • Exchanges are processed as a new order once the return is approved.

  • Refunds cover the product cost only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
